We offer three main shipping categories to help you understand when to expect your order.

In-Stock Finished Products: In-stock products are typically delivered within 24 hours (1 day) of order confirmation. 

Finishing Phase Items: These items require final adjustments, quality checks, or minor finishing touches, which may take longer than in-stock items. Once your order is ready, it will take 7-10 working days to arrive.

Custom Order Items: Personalised items are crafted to your specifications, and creating them with precision takes time. You can expect the delivery of these items within 3-5 weeks.
Note that the delivery time shown at checkout is an estimate only, not a guarantee. The final transit time depends on:

• Customisation requirements,

• Item availability 

• Dispatch date from the warehouse.

Free Shipping 

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders to the UK mainland, regardless of size or value. For orders outside the UK mainland, shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination and selected shipping method. Tracking details for all shipments will be provided as soon as they are available.

Refund Policy 

Thank you for choosing Mara & Co. We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience with every purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days.

Eligibility for Return 

To be eligible for return, the item must be in as-sold condition, unused, and in its original packaging. If the item is found to be used, a cleaning fee may apply. A receipt and proof of purchase will also be required.

Once your return request is accepted, our logistics team will arrange to pick up the order from the provided address at your convenience. You may choose a refund or an exchange.
