When do my points expire?

How do I check my points balance?

Log in to your account and visit the Rewards page. Your current balance is shown at the top of the page.

How do I redeem my points?

At checkout, you'll see an option to apply your points as a discount. Select the amount you'd like to use and it will be deducted from your order total.

Can I use my points discount with other offers?

Points discounts can be combined with most promotions, but cannot be used alongside other loyalty or referral discounts.

How does the referral programme work?

Share your unique referral link with a friend. When they place their first order, you both receive £10 off your next purchase.

Is there a minimum spend to refer a friend?

There is no minimum spend to share your referral link. Your friend's first order must be placed through the link for both rewards to be issued.
