Moissanite: Guaranteed to maintain exceptional fire and sparkle for life. Moissanite ranks 9.25 on the Mohs hardness scale and will never cloud, fade, or lose brilliance with normal wear.

Lab-Grown Diamonds: Guaranteed to maintain brilliance and clarity for life. Chemically identical to natural diamonds (10 on Mohs scale), they will never cloud or lose sparkle.

Lab-Grown Emeralds & Sapphires: Guaranteed against colour fading or loss of clarity with normal wear. Our lab-grown gemstones maintain their vibrant colour and brilliance for life.

Cubic Zirconia (Accent Stones): While CZ is less durable than moissanite or diamonds, we guarantee all CZ accent stones are securely set and will be replaced if they become loose or damaged due to manufacturing defects.

How to Claim Your Guarantee

Clear photos of the issue
Brief description of the problem

Step 2: We'll assess your claim within 48 hours and provide:

Repair instructions, or
Replacement options, or
Return authorization

Step 3: If a return is needed, we'll provide a return label for manufacturing defect claims

Step 4: We'll repair or replace your piece and return it once it's back to new.

Care Instructions

Keep your jewellery sparkling at home:

Easy Home Cleaning:

For Moissanite, Lab Diamonds, Sapphires:

Mix warm water with mild dish soap
Soak jewellery for 10-15 minutes
Gently brush with a soft toothbrush
Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a soft cloth

For Emeralds:

Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth only
Do NOT soak (emeralds are more delicate)
Avoid ultrasonic cleaners

For All Jewellery:

✓ Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising
✓ Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products
✓ Remove during physical activities or manual work
